The SEEDS & SKILLS project is strategically designed across five core areas. Each area is carefully planned to ensure the successful eco-social transformation of the tourism sector, from initial research to practical training and community action.
How We Bring SEEDS & SKILLS to Life
Coordinating for Impact
Behind every successful project is strong coordination. We ensure seamless communication, quality monitoring, and responsible management among our six European partners, keeping the project on track from start to finish.
From Research to Roadmap
We begin by analyzing successful regenerative tourism models and identifying green skills gaps across partner countries. Through surveys and consultations with educators and professionals, we build a Competence Framework and a strategic Roadmap aligned with real labor market needs.
Digital Innovation & Learning
We translate research into action through a multilingual e-learning platform featuring scrollytelling case studies, real-world simulations, and an interactive map of regenerative tourism itineraries co-created by our learners.
Community Action & Policy
We establish local Action Circles across our five partner countries, bringing together tourism businesses, community representatives, and educators. Through international roundtables, stakeholders co-create a shared Regenerative Tourism Manifesto with actionable policy recommendations.
Spreading the Word
We maximize the project’s visibility through social media campaigns, national multiplier events, and regular publications. Our goal is to reach over 20,000 stakeholders across Europe, ensuring our open-access resources create lasting impact beyond the project’s lifespan.
